Options
All of these options are gladly accepted from both USA and
International customers.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express and JCB
cards
Personal Checks: We accept personal checks using our
online order form.
Travelers Express MoneyGrams: Available in the USA and all countries. An excellent
option for international customers without access to a credit card.

amount to Direct White in USD funds. The customer is responsible for any additional
MoneyGram fees. Once you have sent the MoneyGram, place your order online. Email
the following additional information to receive the funds to info@directwhite.com:

Shipping Information 
All systems are shipped three-way mail at a flat rate of $19 per system order.
This includes shipping the system to you, returning your teeth impressions
to our lab, and mailing your custom bleaching trays back to you. The shipping
rate stays the same regardless of the number of systems you order. So the more
systems you order, the more you save on shipping.
All bleaching gels have a $6.95 shipping and handling fee per order, regardless
of the number of gels ordered. So, the more gels you order the more you save
on shipping and handling.
All orders are processed M-F within 24 hours of receipt, where possible. Shipping
and handling charges (whether stated or implied) are non-refundable after shipping.
We ship via US postal service. We can ship to P.O. boxes. Direct White is not
responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail. For an additional $15, we
offer Express Mail to our US customers. This is overnight to most cities and
includes Sunday deliveries.
- International Orders:

We ship worldwide. At this time there is no additional shipping charge for
our international customers. e will ship Global Priority if accepted by your
country, otherwise, Airmail Parcel Post.
When returning impressions to the lab, be sure to contact your local post office
for correct postage to he USA. Direct White does not assumed any responsibility
for international postal service delays or non-deliveries. International customers
are responsible for all customs fees, if applicable. If international delivery
insurance is desired, customer must request it and pay for the additional shipping
cost.
- Returns:

Our professional system results satisfaction warranty allows a refund of the
product price (less S/H) if the custom tray and case are mailed back to us
within 30 days. No warranty returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
Multiple system purchases count as one order and all system trays must be returned
for warranty credit. Allow 7-10 business days after we receive the merchandise
for product credit. Bleaching gel syringes are not returnable.
